Your Reply: I'd check him by myself and then if he is hacking i would warn/kick/ban him depend on server rules.If he is not hacking at the time i would ask player that told me about him to post on forums and to attach screenshot as proof.
Anything Else(Main Part, Sell your self to us):Well, I can do whatever you want me to (build/fix malls,make events do tickets),i'm loyal,friendly and have game experience of almost 5 years which helps me in gm duty.As you could see my English is not perfect as i'm still learning it but so far its understandable and im trying to make it better by every day.
